Home air system cleaning costs a flat rate of $124.11 per main unit (furnace). The larger the home, the more likely there're multiple units. - $124.11 + NC sales tax = $130.01. - In South Carolina it's $122.64 + SC sales tax = $130.00. - For Mobile Homes it's $75.12 + NC sales tax = $80.00 - In South Carolina it's $76.41 + SC sales tax = $80.00 First is a followup call to let the customer know that a Technician is on the way to their home for their scheduled service and, about how long it should take to get there. Once the Technician has arrived they will politely introduce themselves and ask to come in. Once inside they will explain that shoe and wheel covers will protect the floors and/or carpets in the home. Minimal equipment is used, making it easier, cleaner, and safer to move throughout the home to clean the vents/returns. Also equipped with household/upholstery cleaning supplies makes the Tech prepared for almost any mishappening. Next they'll explain the cleaning procedure and answer any questions. Once the number of units is established, the customer gets a price quote. This is normally done following Inspection. There is no cost for Inspection/Pricing. If the customer wishes to proceed with scheduling cleaning service a $20.00 deposit is required and the cleaning service is scheduled on our calendar.
