First is a followup call to let the customer know that a Technician is on the way to their home for their scheduled appointment and, about how long it should take to get there. Once the Technician has arrived they will politely introduce themselves and ask to come in. Once inside they will explain that shoe and wheel covers will protect the floors and/or carpets in the home. Minimal equipment is used, making it easier, cleaner, and safer to move throughout the home to clean the vents/returns. Also equipped with household/upholstery cleaning supplies makes the Tech prepared for almost any mishappening. Next they'll explain the Cleaning process and answer any questions.
